Our Core Values
1. Jesus Christ: He is the true fundamental. Without him, nothing else matters. We preach Christ and him crucified.
2. People: There are two kinds of people in this world, lost people and found people. We strive to meet people where they are, to share the gospel with them and to help them grow in Christ.
3. Bible: It is our only rule of faith and practice. We believe it to be the inspired, inerrant, infallible word of God.
4. Service: We have a ministry system here at Discovery Christian Church and our goal is to have everyone serving in at least one ministry.
5. Prayer: We believe that prayer is the way we communicate with God. He hears our prayers and can work through our prayers with the help of the Holy Spirit and Jesus interceding on our behalf. |
